In-house design and artworks are produced by our graphic designer and/or typesetter using state-of-the-art, millennium compliant G3 Apple Macs. Industry standard DTP software such as QuarkXpress, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Freehand are backed by CDs, floppies, 230Mb opticals, Zip disks and DAT tape storage. Email and ISDN links provide high speed digital communications, giving fast access to the Internet and rapid data transfer. The facility to share files and download information, further improves our service to you.

We hold a comprehensive stock of quality papers and boards, including recycled paper, so your job can be completed without delay. Seven paper merchants provide next day delivery of a wide selection of materials, which are purchased in bulk at extremely competitive prices.

Colour proofs are produced for you on one of our A2 inkjet printers, providing you with a colour visualisation of the printed job before it goes to press. Once you have approved the proof, our imagesetters output the negatives from which we make your printing plates, so no time is lost in getting the job printed. Significant savings are achieved through total in-house control over pre-press origination, from concept to finished printed product. With such extensive design and proofing capabilities available from 'your printer', we think you'll find it hard to justify going elsewhere to lose time and pay dearly for design and artwork creation.

Production flexibility is achieved through having four printing machines. One high speed single colour machine and a 2-colour perfector both with numbering and perforating, a high quality 2-colour machine dedicated to full colour work, plus one other 2-colour machine for general business stationery. Maintenance of the latest printing presses, well suited to the workmix demanded by modern businesses, enables us to remain competitive and responsive, consistently matching the ever-changing requirements of our customers.

In-house finishing capabilities include cutting and creasing, collating, stitching, folding, punching, shrink-wrapping, eyeletting, round cornering, laminating and guillotining. A 10-bin collator handles NCR pads books and sets with ease, and when coupled to in-line stitch-fold-trim attachments, produces a most competitive booklet making set-up.

Flexibility in production and large material stocks, ensure a fast efficient service to all customers and deliveries are met, usually within 7-10 days, or sooner if required. If we promise it you get it!

In addition to single labels and sheets of individual labels, continuous labels can be designed and printed with up to five colours plus varnish, on reel widths up to 150mm. A huge selection of cutting dies exists, thereby saving setting up costs.

Continuous stationery can be originated and supplied to suit your computer specification. Whether it's single-part plain listing paper or 5-part NCR sets printed four colours, your continuous stationery can be sourced through us.
